These Terms of Use apply to the Yadash app, website, and related services.
Use of Yadash
Yadash helps you create study roadmaps and flashcards from material you provide. You are responsible for the material you upload, paste, scan, or import, and you must have the rights or permission needed to process it with Yadash.
Do not use Yadash to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse the service, or interfere with the operation of the app or service infrastructure.
Cloud Generation
Yadash may process your source material with Yadash Cloud and AI providers to generate roadmaps, flashcards, summaries, and related study content. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You should verify important information before relying on it.
Accounts and Deletion
Yadash requires Apple, Google, or email magic-link sign-in before cloud-backed study features are available. You can delete your local data and the cloud account associated with your signed-in session in the app under Settings > Delete Data and Session.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid plans are planned but are not available in the current launch build. When subscriptions are enabled, digital features will be unlocked through Apple in-app purchase, and subscription terms will be shown before purchase.
Availability
Yadash is provided on an as-available basis. Cloud features may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, provider outages, abuse prevention, or operational limits.
